“Lullaby” paints a picture about a changing relationship using the imagery of the passing seasons. While melancholy in its delivery, the message concerns how magnificent a gesture it is to feed and sing someone a lullaby.

"See that winter willow tree, bent down on frozen knees
The sunlight’s playing hide and seek with the shadows
But the fruit has not lost its lust, a summer’s farewell kicked up in the dust
As the hillsides turn into gold

Another drink of last year’s wine, a recollection springs to mind
